Purpose

These terms govern the use of the MyEqwal patient space, an online service provided by Orthoconcept SA for the follow-up of your device.

Access to the service

Access is reserved for patients invited by their practitioner. The service is provided free of charge to the patient. Creating the space and activating the account are the practitioner's responsibility.

Use

You agree to provide accurate information and to make strictly personal use of the space. The login link sent to you is personal and must not be shared.

The patient space does not replace a consultation: in the event of a medical emergency, contact the emergency services.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is"; its availability may be interrupted for maintenance. Orthoconcept SA cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the service.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Fribourg, Switzerland.
